Annual Fall Meeting - time to change to accommodate funeral for Curt

Please bring your own chair and join us at the Dallman’s Garage for our annual meeting and elections.

Its time for new voices to lead and keep the Association course steady and strong. The voting needed is as follows.

2. Vice President Currently Ron Larson)

3. Secretary ( Jim DaRosa is not running)

4. Treasurer (Currently Chriss Joyce)

BOARD MEMBERS ( All positions are 3 year terms)

All new officer (s) term will begin January 1, 2026. So please give thought to becoming

involved or talk to people whom you think would be an asset. Open nominations will

be taken during the open floor for each position.

Get Ready for the 4th of July Golf Cart/ATV Parade on Malone Island!

Calling All Islanders!

The most spectacular event of the summer is almost here—our annual Al Meyer 4th of July Golf Cart/ATV Parade! Dust off those machines and get ready to show off your patriotic spirit in style. 🎉

📅 Date: July 6th ⏰ Time: Line up starts at 10:30 AM; Parade kicks off at 11 AM sharp! 📍 Starting Point: Malone Island Harbor

This year, we're going all out with our theme: "Stars, Stripes, and Summer Vibes!" 🌟🇺🇸🌞 Whether you're a seasoned decorator or a first-time participant, we can't wait to see how you transform your machine into a moving masterpiece of red, white, and blue!

🏆 Prizes: We're giving away fantastic prizes for the best-decorated carts in various categories:

  • Most Patriotic

  • Most Creative

  • Best Use of Lights

  • Judges' Choice

🤝 Community Fun: This parade is more than just a celebration—it's a chance to connect with neighbors, make new friends, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Treats: Most people in the parade hand out some sort of treat whether it be candy, bubbles, or even fireball! Please consider handing out something fun for kids young and old!

Harbor and Channel Dredging Informational Meeting

Meeting will be open to all members to review the current status of the harbor and channel cleaning. Each member will receive a packet of the meeting PowerPoint to review at their leisure. We hope this packet provides the most comprehensive information available to cast an informed vote at the Association Membership Meeting in September

Al Meyer Memorial 4th of July parade

Come one, come all!

Al Meyer Memorial 4th of July parade starts at 1:00 pm on Sunday, July 3rd.

Join the parade in your golf cart, atv, sxs, tractor, scooter, bicycle, or two feet! If you don’t want to be on parade, grab a seat and wave to your neighbors as they go by. Festive 4th of July decorations are highly encouraged!

We highly encourage parade participants to hand out something fun for the kids/adults/dogs on the parade route.

Parade line up starts at the harbor at 12:45.

Malone Island Association Annual Meeting

Join us at the Malone Island Association Annual Meeting. A great time to meet your neighbors and find out what the association has planned for the next year as well as what was accomplished this year.

We will be catering in BBQ from the new Smokin’ Mortars BBQ restaurant in Isle. Reserve a plate for only $7.00 and get a BBQ sandwich, smoked macaroni and cheese, beans and dessert. Bring your own beverage from home. We are catering this year due to COVID and not wanting to have our normal potluck style of sharing.

Island Clean-up Day

Our tentative date for general Island clean-up has been set for May 22, 2021. This voluntary clean-up will involve outlot clean-up, harbor entrance sign and flower bed maintenance and updating such as stone replacement, painting or staining. We will need ATV’s, Trailers and plenty of strength.

Association will pay for all necessary supplies

Ideas are welcome!

Ice Skating Party

Ice Skating Party

Weather permitting, there will be an ice skating party in the harbor area. All ages are invited. Bring the kids, your family, friends or just yourself. Please bring chairs and refreshments. A campfire and hot cocoa will be provided. This is not an official Association function, but all are invited.
