New Association Member Initiation Fee
We would like to invite you to join our Association. We are made up of the property owners on Malone Island. We have a spring and fall membership meeting. You will get a notice 30 days prior to the meetings giving you the information on the meetings. At the fall membership meeting our officers are elected, annual events are set up, and we address any association business. At the spring membership meeting with welcome each other back on the island, update on any changes or issues over the winter, and introduce any upcoming issues or events.
The dues pay for year round lights, maintenance of the private boat launching area, weed spraying in the marina, mowing of all of our common areas, liability insurance for our common areas and property taxes for the marina and out lot. Join now.

An easy way to pay your membership dues online.
The 2024 annual association dues are due by February 1, 2024. This includes members whose property is adjacent to the channel. If a member does not have a dock, the dues are $184.00. If a member does have a dock, the dues are $289.00. Your dues pay for year-round marina lights, maintenance of the private boat launching area, weed spraying in the marina, mowing of all our common areas, liability insurance for our common areas and property taxes for the marina and outlot, future dredging of the channels etc. Replacing old structures and maintaining island common areas help sustain property values.
If dues are not paid by March 1st, you will lose your dock space and need to repay the initiation fee.
