Zoom Meeting

July 8, 2024

1. Meeting called to order by President Rick Behnke at 6:30 pm.

2. Roll Call: Members present: Behnke, DaRosa, Larson, Joyce. Absent: Dallmann,

Stahnke, Dahle.

3. Purpose of meeting is to discuss the safety of Dock #27 (Mitch Oson). Now all the

docks have been properly installed and spaced as part of the dredging project. It

appears that there is a safety concern about having enough space to maneuver in

that area for the marina. Dock 27 has a large 24 foot pontoon that takes up apace in

the Chanel causing a concerns for vessels docked directly across on the out lot.

Motion by DaRosa, seconded by Larson that dock #27 be condemned for safety

reasons for boats to safely maneuver in that immediate area.

And that Olson be assigned dock #44.

And Olson is responsible for the removal of dock 27 by August 1 st , 2024 at his

expense.

And Olson to share with Joyce the cost ($300) of having the dock 43 and 44

reinstalled by Hunter Birios during the dredging project.

No further discussion. Motion carried Unanimously.

4. Motion to Adjourn by Larson, seconded by Joyce at 7:09pm Motion carried

unanimously.
