Good morning Everyone!

Hopefully this Newsletter is finding all of you having an incredible Summer.

First on a sad note. All of us who subscribe to the local newspaper the Messenger probably noticed that long time Member and past president Will Neumeister has passed away. Will and his wife Diane were huge contributors to our community and Association. Will,  will be truly missed by all that know him.

For those of you who walk the outlot you may have noticed the blue ribbons tied to brush and trees. These are the growths that have been deemed necessary to be removed if the dredging project moves forward. So, if you would like to get a glance of what will be presented at the August 26th meeting we encourage everyone to take a look.

Speaking of August 26th. Just a reminder that this date is when all information will be presented regarding the harbor and channel dredging project. An informational booklet will be available to all members at that time. We will cover the booklet in detail with Malone Island Board of Directors, Contractor, Accountant and Banker all being present to answer questions that we are sure everyone will have. After the meeting all members can review their packets with any notes you may take to be completely informed for the VOTE on the project at our September Board Meeting. You should also be receiving a reminder via mail as well.

Saturday, August 26th at 10:30 am. Meeting in the Dallmann garage, please bring chairs.
