Welcome to Malone Island!

We would like to invite you to join our Association. We are made up of the property owners on Malone Island. We have a pot lock picnic annually as well as an annual meeting in the fall. You will get a notice 30 days prior to the meetings giving you the information on the meetings. At the annual meeting our officers are elected, annual events are set up, and we address any association business.

The dues pay for year round lights, maintenance of the private boat launching area, weed spraying in the marina, mowing of all of our common areas, liability insurance for our common areas and property taxes for the marina and out lot.

This is a one-time initiation fee. The annual dues are $260.00/per property billed in January and due by the 1st of February of the coming year.
