1. Meeting called to order by President Rick Behnke at 6:39pm central pm via Zoom.

2. Roll Call: Members present: Behnke, DaRosa, Larson, Dallmann,

Absent: Dahle, Joyce, Stahnke

3. Purpose: Review, discuss New Dock regulations.

 Look in Association records for a seniority list.

 Behnke to revise regulations

 Behnke to revise dock application form.

4. Association Member asks for extension on dues payment. Knee replacement.

Granted.

5. b Motion to Adjourn by Larson seconded by Dallmann at 7:25pm. Motion carried

unanimously.
