ZOOM Special MEETING MINUTES

March 30, 2023

1. Meeting called to order by President Rick Behnke at 7:04 PM

2. Roll Call: Members present: Behnke, Larson, Dahle, Joyce, DaRosa. Absent:

Stahnke, Dallmann.

3. Harbor Dredging. Larson reported that he was in contact with North Star

Waterways about conducting at survey of the harbor to determine the amount of

material that needs to be removed. North Star Waterways quoted at price of

$4000.00 to have the harbor surveyed if it can be done while the harbor is frozen.

Open water survey would be $5700.

Motion Larson, Seconded DaRosa to hire North Star Waterways to conduct a

harbor survey while the harbor is frozen in the amount not to exceed $5000.00.

Motion carried unanimously.

4. Motion to adjourn Dahle, Seconded Joyce at 7:11 pm. Motion carried

unanimously.
